I like to know who which buyers are open to buying when marketing my accessory line – don't you? When I send out a marketing email, I see who opened it and clicked on the images (sometimes more than once) and email them directly with catalogs and a letter detailing the product line and try to capitalize on their immediate interest. Then, I take it a step further, and look at ALL the people who opened the email, and send them an email introducing the line as I know they didn't click to see the rest of the product range.
This usually results in at least 2-4 additional orders if we act immediately within 2 days of sending the email.
Let me know what your tricks are!

the website looks great. I am so proud of it now it looks so professional. I was thinking about giving up because I felt so buried and had no direction. I am happy I hired you to help me.

Hi
Could you recomend a tracker to know who opened my emails and clicked on the images?
Thanks
There are many companies like Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Aweber…… check them out and see which you like best.
We’ve been working with Constant Contact for over 2 years now and tracking works like a charm. It is fairly inexpensive and gives great tools which can quickly add up to extra sales.
Cheers
One of my friends really likes MailChimp, though I don’t have any experience with this sort of software. I think I’d better learn, though – an extra 2-4 orders/responses is pretty darn significant.
Thanks for reminding me about this. I use Mail Chimp. It’s user friendly and it’s free 🙂
