In 2009, Abby decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge with her first client DreamWorks and never looked back. Abby Endres is the founder of LIFT, a marketing and advertising agency that specializes in sports, entertainment, attractions and lifestyle marketing. LIFT’s main objective is to help brands deliver increased revenue and attendance through custom ad campaigns and activations.
Abby and I dive into how she left the corporate world to start her own agency and landed one of the world’s most famous and loved companies as her first client. This got the ball rolling and she’s never looked back. Abby shares some of her early rookie mistakes and how she learned from them to make her the best as what she does. Abby knows that you’ll get knocked down from time to time, but it’s how you get up that makes the difference between today and tomorrow.

Founded in 2009, Abby decided to take the entrepreneurial plunge with her first client DreamWorks and never looked back. With a focus on detail, quality and customer acquisition and retention, Abby has built a foundation that truly operates as an in-house/out-of-house agency providing Strategy, Rev Propulsion™, Media Planning and Buying, Digital Programs, Branding, Creative Services and Promotions to a high-profile roster of national clients including USA Rugby, One World Observatory, USA Basketball, Killington Resorts, Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum, and a range of concerts, tours and sporting events taking place in more than 90 cities every year.
Prior to starting LIFT, Abby developed and implemented programs for international entertainment clients as well as for U.S. based clients. She gained experience consulting internationally for concerts, online gaming and touring productions implementing marketing programs throughout North America and Europe. She went on to orchestrate and oversee marketing for Madison Square Garden’s MSG Entertainment division where she increased sales for well known properties including the Radio City Christmas Spectacular, A Christmas Carol, NY Rangers, NY Liberty, among others. Abby later went on to develop a brand campaign for Meadowlands Sports Complex – Giants/Jets Metlife Stadium, Arena, Meadowlands Racetrack and Monmouth Park. Abby’s venue expertise combined with insights gained from working with boutique production company, Running Subway Productions, led to her idea to create LIFT – an agency that combines the tri-point expertise of venue marketing and operations with producers and brand – to provide custom advertising solutions that drive ticket sales and long-term growth.
Abby also created the Rev Propulsion™ service model for LIFT. This offering involves optimized ticketing and pricing models that project out gross revenue potential. By reviewing pro-forma projections, saleable capacity, thru-put, marketplace conditions, market segments, competitive landscape, travel and tourism visitation and trends, seasonality and economic indicators – LIFT utilizes this information to create custom projection models designed to maximize revenue opportunities and premium product add-ons.
Abby holds an M.B. A. from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University and B.A. from Castleton College. She traveled around the world as a voyager on Semester At Sea and also worked at the Royal Institute of International Affairs, London. In her pastime, she enjoys skiing and wake-surfing with her husband and two boys.
